From the Great Birchwood Leisure Village entrance, we are only 4 minutes to Lytham square by car. Owning a Holiday Home here at Great Birchwood allows you to tap into the hustle and bustle of Lytham while returning back to the relaxing leisure village where nature and relaxation intertwines...


Site Fees, Licenses & Season Length

Great Birchwood Leisure Village has a 12 month holiday park license, which gives you the opportunity to take advantage of your caravan, lodge or tourer all year round. The site fees are currently £3,645 including VAT for the 12 month term which is more cost effective than some of the other caravan parks around the Lytham St Annes, Blackpool and Preston area.

Security is our top priority at Great Birchwood Leisure Village. Situated between a commercial golf range and farmland, the park benefits from a secluded location, enhancing safety. Additionally, our dedicated on-site warden, with nearly three decades of experience, is always available to assist park owners with any concerns. For added peace of mind, the park is gated, accessible only to owners and members of the gun club after 5pm.
